The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) or in Spanish "Multiple Listing Service" is a digital platform that allows the integration of all real estate agents and advisors affiliated with the Venezuelan real estate chamber nationwide, its purpose is to share their properties captured exclusively to maximize your sales capacity, since one of its benefits is that we will all have the opportunity to offer everyone's inventory, thus increasing the possibilities of buying and selling, whether we have the seller/landlord customer or the one interested in buying/ tenant, which translates to more business.
Another of its virtues is that it also allows us to have general and specific statistics of all the interaction in the system, and in this way to know in depth what are the m2 of all the urbanizations in the country based on real closures in order to better advise the customers.
In conclusion, it is a network that allows all affiliates to work safely and confidently, since one of the main requirements to belong to this system must comply with the code of ethics established by the Venezuelan real estate chamber.
To be part of the MLS you must join the respective real estate chamber of your state if you have not done so yet, as we said before, only duly identified and solvent real estate advisors can enter.
